1) How to Book
You can book a tour or excursion with us through the following methods:

 - Preferred tour date and time
 - Number of participants
 - Hotel or accommodation name and address (for pickup if included)

 - Any special requirements, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions we should know about
 - Pickup location (if different from your hotel)
 
3) Booking Confirmation
- Once we receive your booking request, we will confirm availability and send you a booking confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or phone (as preferred).
 - Your booking is confirmed when we acknowledge it and, where applicable, payment has been received or arranged.
 - Please review your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.
 - If your requested date/time is not available, we will suggest alternative options.
 
4) Payment Options
Payment Methods:
- Cash: Cash payment (Euros or Moroccan Dirhams) on the day of the tour, either at pickup or at the tour location.
 - Bank Transfer: Advance payment via bank transfer (details provided upon booking).
 - Online Payment: Some tours may accept online payment methods (check at booking).
 - Deposit + Balance: For some tours, a deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due on the day of the tour.
 
Payment Schedule:
- Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
 - For advance bookings, full payment may be required 48 hours before the tour date.
 - For last-minute bookings, payment is typically due on the day of the tour.
 
5) Pricing & What's Included
Pricing:
- Prices are generally per person unless stated otherwise (e.g., "private tour" prices may be per group).
 - Children's prices apply as specified on each tour page. Age ranges for child pricing vary by tour.
 - Group discounts may be available for larger groups—please inquire.
 
Typically Included:
- Professional local guide
 - Hotel pickup and drop-off (as specified for each tour)
 - Transportation (as specified)
 - Safety equipment (helmets, life jackets, etc., where applicable)
 - Activities/experiences as described
 
Typically NOT Included (unless stated):
- Meals and drinks (unless specified as "lunch included")

6) Free Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours before: Full refund or reschedule (subject to availability).
 - Less than 24 hours before or no-show: No refund unless due to weather or operational cancellation by us.
 - Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
 - For force majeure events (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters), we will offer rescheduling or a full refund.
 
7) Changes to Bookings
- You may request changes to your booking (date, time, number of participants) subject to availability.
 - Changes more than 48 hours before: Usually accommodated at no extra charge.
 - Changes less than 48 hours before: May incur fees or may not be possible due to operational constraints.
 - Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
 
8) Pickup & Meeting Points
- Hotel Pickup: For tours that include pickup, we collect you from your hotel or accommodation in Agadir. Please provide your hotel name and address when booking.
 - Pickup Time: Pickup times will be confirmed in your booking confirmation. Please be ready at the designated time.
 - Meeting Point: Some tours may meet at a central location instead of hotel pickup. Details will be provided.
 - Punctuality: We aim to be punctual. If we are delayed, we will contact you. Please ensure your contact number is correct.
 - If you miss pickup due to your delay, we cannot guarantee you can join the tour (no refund applies).
 
9) Group Sizes & Availability
- Minimum Participants: Some tours require a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum is not met, we may cancel and offer a full refund or alternative options.
 - Maximum Participants: Group sizes may be limited for safety and quality. Private tours can often accommodate custom group sizes.
 - Private Tours: Available on request. Private tours offer flexibility in timing, itinerary, and group size (subject to capacity).
 - Availability is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
 
10) Age Requirements & Children
- Age requirements vary by tour (check individual tour pages).
 - Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless otherwise specified.
 - Some activities have minimum age restrictions (e.g., quad biking may require participants to be 16+).
 - Infants (under 2) may be free or at a reduced rate—please inquire.
